Overview
PGF (Professional Grade Fertilizer) 16-0-8 takes all the research, top products, and necessary nutrients, and combines them into one bag.
PGF 16-0-8 is a high-performance formulation containing iron and other micronutrients. The results are fast, and you can expect a rich, green lawn in 6-14 days with proper irrigation or rainfall. In addition to the quick green-up PGF 16-0-8 is formulated with a large amount of slow-release nitrogen, which allows for continual feeding for up to 8 weeks. PGF 16-0-8 also contains Humic DG humic acid granules. Humic acid is an organic, carbon-based compound that helps enrich your soil and allows plants to better process nutrients.
All lawns can benefit from PGF 16-0-8. From cool-season grasses like fescue and bluegrass to warm-season grasses like Bermuda and zoysia, PGF 16-0-8 provides total nutrition to them all.

APPLYING PGF 16-0-8
- PGF 16-0-8 Fertilizer is great for all seasons and can be applied in spring, summer, and fall. Apply every 6-8 weeks during the growing season.
- For summer applications on cool-season grasses, apply at the low rate.
- When applying on centipede lawns, apply at the low of the normal rate.
- Apply to dry foliage
- Water in after application with a minimum of 0.2 inches
- Do not collect clippings for at least one mowing following application to avoid particle pick-up.
The spreader settings for this product were established using standard equipment available from the spreader manufacturer at swath widths and speeds typically used within the industry. Many variables such as walking speed, terrain, particle size, density, and spreader condition can affect these settings. Spreader settings are intended as a guide and unit calibration should still be performed to ensure proper application rates. They are not intended to replace calibration. The Andersons recommends the use of broadcast spreader for its products.

Great for Coastal Carolina Centipede
Have used for 2 seasons new builder grass fl has fluffed up and grass is thick and very green Sandy soil so it takes the full strength not the 50% of normal on the directions. Applied April and July. Also used weed and feed early march. Yard looks the best ever. Deep water at least 3 days per week. Will be doing the same next year. Also treated with insecticide grub mix and a dose of prophesy all from Anderson. Works great a top yard in the community And the hand held battery scotts applier is actually faster and easier than the push edgegaurd model more accurate less on the concrete. The DG has a bit of iron and will stain a bit so sweep it off. 8000 square ft yard no more than 3 hours of application time for the whole season. This will be my routine.

This stuff is fantastic. My neighbor needs to use it to step up his GAME. He should listen and follow my directions - because I'm the Very Wise Orical of Bermuda Lawns

This makes grass blades thicc! This is the best fertilizer I have found that does not have Phosphate in it. I used it on two lawns that were devastated. They both had explosive growth alongside proper maintenance, of course.
