The complete program can be safely used on northern and southern turf types including fescue, bluegrass, rye, St. Augustine, bermuda, bahia, centipede and zoysia. Step 2, Weed and Feed 24-0-16, should not be used on dichondria and carpet grass.

Application 1: Crabgrass Preventer Plus Lawn Food 26-0-6
A pre-emergent weed control and fertilizer to help bring your lawn out of winter dormancy and prevent new weeds like crabgrass, foxtail and goosegrass from sprouting. Crabgrass Preventer Plus Lawn Food 26-0-6 should be applied in early spring prior to weed germination.

Application 2: Weed & Feed 24-0-16
A post-emergent herbicide that controls more than 250 weeds, including dandelions, clover, chickweed, plantain, and many more. Weed & Feed contains a 24-0-16 analysis to provide a feeding essential to build a thicker, greener lawn.

Application 3: Lawn Food 28-0-12
A fertilizer that includes three types of nitrogen, quick-, intermediate- and slow-release for a quick response and then steady feeding for weeks to come. Lawn Food 28-0-12 will help your lawn stand up to the increased temperatures and drought of the summer months.

Application 4: Fall Lawn Food 24-0-14
A fertilizer that will help your lawn recover from summer damage and prepare it for the winter months. Fall Lawn Food 24-0-14 includes potassium for hardiness and vigor as well as iron and sulfur for a deep-green appearance.

The Andersons Lawn Care Program is available in bundles that will cover 5,000 to 40,000 sq ft.. All products ship at once.

The spreader settings for this product were established using standard equipment available from the spreader manufacturer at swath widths and speeds typically used within the industry. Many variables such as walking speed, terrain, particle size, density, and spreader condition can affect these settings. Spreader settings are intended as a guide and unit calibration should still be performed to ensure proper application rates. They are not intended to replace calibration. The Andersons recommends the use of broadcast spreader for its products.
